If I do M.Sc & Ph.D in mathematics after B.Tech, will I have any disadvantage for being a maths professor compared to other candidates?

Hello Arnab,
Once you have done M.Sc and Ph.D in mathematics, you will be fully knowledgeable and there would be no difference between you and others who may have done this after BA or B.Sc in maths.
