If I do m tech or MBA from a top ranked college will my b tech degree will be taken into account from which college I have done that?
Because am not getting admission into good b tech colleges. And I am sure I will do my Masters after all.

If you will do M.Tech or MBA from a good college; then it will not matter much from which college you do B.Tech. Higher Degree College matter the most.
