If I do MBA after B.Com with no job experience because I think B.Com doesn't gives jobs. Will there be any problems in placement after MBA?

Dear Sumit, Your placement depends on your scorecard and your negotiating capability with the employer at the time of the interview. After completing an MBA programme with no prior experience and having a B.Com there will be no difficulties in finding work. After graduation, I did an MBA at LPU with no prior experience. Because I am an LPU alumnus, I strongly suggest LPU obtaining an MBA degree for the following reasons: While obtaining an MBA, students at this university have several possibilities to gain paid job experience. Applicants can either seek a full-time career with the same firm after completing the MBA programme, or they can network and explore for possibilities at numerous job fairs hosted by their institutions. If the student is coming with good work experience, then it is easier for him to understand management concepts. Hence, work experience provides students with an edge in the MBA College, and help them learn and participate more in the task assigned during the MBA class and curriculum.
