Hello aditya,Brand name and reputation are important part of any b school.Yes,reputed institute provides good placements but if you unable crack them or have some financial problem, then you can join b grade b school also.Every thing depends upon your performance.Give your 100% and wait for the opportunity.I believe you will get reward.Don't hasitate to revert.Wish you luck!
  • Another angle to the point is that the Tag of a top B-school will boost your starting grade at a great cooperate which otherwise you'll need to work up the ladder.

Hi Aditya. Well the corporate demands only performance. The best you do. The more you will excel in your career. Ya getting a IIM tag is a dream as it's a VIP entry in any corporate world. But the real thing is your performance. No matter you do MBA from small institute but your performance is well ahead from set standards then you will surely climb the ladder soon. Only difference the package and post the good college would be best, you have to initially adjust from low package and a starting management trainee post.
