If i do MCOM through correspondence from Mumbai University, is it counted as 16th year of education for pursuing studies abroad?

Depends which nation you are going to. In USA, CANADA,UK, AUSTRALIA it doesnt have much of a value. meanwhile what do you want to pursue after mcom from abroad?
