If I do MSc in microelectronics from Univ of Manchster or Edinburg,what are the job prospects in India and is MSc from UK recognized inIndia

I want to know the status of an MSc from UK in India. I have heard that there have been cases where the students went jobless?? And what is the job scenario in UK. Is there any bias against foreign students?? On a whole should I go for MSc in UK as otherwise I match every other criteria reqred!!
