If I do my 12th class in Punjab Board (PSEB). Can I take admission in Thapar University?

Yes, you can. Your board/university doesn't matter as long as you've completed your 10+2 from a recognised school/board. The main thing that counts for admission in Thapar is your percentage and JEE Mains score. If your marks match the eligibility criteria then you are eligible to take admission in Thapar University.
