If I do not give my CBSE improvement of chemistry, will it appear in the marksheet?

I have filled improvement exam forms for Maths and Chemistry.

    Dear Ankit,
    Usually, if you do not appear for any improvement examination after filling the form, it does not have an impact on your mark sheet. There will be no where mentioned in the final mark sheet that you did not appear for the improvement exam. But in my suggestion, why would you appear? If your marks get higher, it will be counted or else the earlier marks will be final.
