If I do not have any formal training in design, how do I still become a successful designer?

To be a good designer, a formal education does help, but, to be a good designer you need to be a artistic/visualiser, someone who sees this world from a very different lens, rather than zeros and ones. Also, a very important factor to be a good designer is/are not software/s but how well ca
