Yeah bro, you will not take part in the jossa counselling until you got the required cutoff marks. But there are many other colleges that arrange their own counselling on the basis of jee main marks.

No. your counselling wont be done by josaa. If you get marks equal to cut off then also you stand a chance for counselling by josaa. No, josaa is only for those candidates whose marks are equal to or more than cuttoff. But you can also try in other state colleges.
