If I don't get a seat in the 1st round, what is the probability that I can get it in the 2nd round?

AL OBC NCL-1035, preferred branch at NIT Rourkela is CSE.

    Hi Paresh,
    Many people don't go for counselling, if they don't get their favourite branches and colleges. In this case, those remaining seats are awarded to those who could get computer Science engineering in first round, on merit basis only. So always chances are there. If you are lucky enough, then you will get a seat for sure. Best of luck.
