If I don't get any rank in AIEEE or CEE can I study Engineering in Good Colleges ? What will be the total expenditure ?

If I Don't get any rank in AIEEE or CEE exams, But I have the potential to study Engineering, Then can I study in Good Colleges ? What will be the expenditure or cost and how to apply?

Good colleges require good marks in entrance exams. Engineering college fees are not universal and vary state to state and depends upon grade of college as well. Govt. college fees are the lowest but only the best get seat there. Usually it is between Rs.45,000/- per year to Rs.1,25,000/- per year.
