If I don't give February MAT and give next one so would it be acceptable by many college that accept MAT?

Are you talking about the MAT May attempt, because after February MAT happens in May? And, have you given any other competitive exams as well?

Okay, then what you can do is fill the admission form, once your result will come, you can call the college and you can update that score.

You need to give Feb MAT to be eligible to be considered for Sri Balaji Society's Colleges. I urge you to register for MAT February and Atleast get a score. But before that, fill the form and sit for GD PI as weightage given to GD PI is the maximum and only when you get shortlisted after GD PI they
