If I don't know the programming, can I get a job? I have done BCA with 78% and pursuing MCA.

It depends. If you're applying for core jobs then programming play no role in hiring process but if you are applying for IT jobs then programming is essential. So it only depends on what type of job you are applying for.

It is etter to learn to programme as the employer will except a better knowledge of programming from an MCA guy.

If you're applying for product based companies then big no and if applying for service based there are some chances that depends on the job profile.
