If I don't take admission in the allotted college after third round of UPSEE, will I be eligible for spot counselling?

    Yes, only then you are eligible for the spot round because they have released some guidelines for the spot round.

    Yes, you are eligible for spot counselling. Students who didn't get any seat in any round is eligible for spot round and the students who didn't lock or freeze the allotted seat are eligible. But in this, risk is also there as your allotted seat will be gone.
    Take your own decision as you will choose the best.
