If I exit after 3 years with B.Sc degree in Multimedia, then will I get the placement or do I need to wait till the course is completed?

I won't suggest you to leave any course in the middle because it will affect your education and it also will have a bar affect on your education profile thus its better to wait until you complete it and then apply for jobs.

If you are pursuing anything, do not leave it in middle. You will not get any benefit by doing this. Since after leaving 3 years you will not going to get the degree and hence you will not be able to seat in the interview.
