If I exit after 3 years with B.Sc degree in Multimedia, then will I get the placement or do I need to wait till the course is completed?

I won't suggest you to leave any course in the middle because it will affect your education and it also will have a bar affect on your education profile thus its better to wait until you complete it and then apply for jobs. -
If you are pursuing anything, do not leave it in middle. You will not get any benefit by doing this. Since after leaving 3 years you will not going to get the degree and hence you will not be able to seat in the interview.
