If I fail in 2nd PUC Science in all subject, can I take re admission for 2nd PUC Science?

You cannot take admission again. You will have to clear your supplementary exam next time. Government of Karnataka, Department of education is coming up with a new policy in which a child can sit in the same class and study the syllabus over again and not waste the year, (if failed in the board) so
