No, if you fail in JEE Advanced, you will not be able to secure a seat based on your last year's JEE Main score. Each year, the scores of JEE Main are only valid for that particular year's admissions. If you are unsuccessful in JEE Advanced, you will need to reappear for JEE Main the following year
