If I fail in Masters, can I take admission in B.Ed? How can I submit the migration certificate?
I am doing Master's degree from DU, but in the third semester, I failed in one of the subjects. I can give the exam next year only in the odd semester.

Yes dear, you are eligible because for B.Ed you should need Bachelors degree not Masters. It doesn't matter that what is your result in Masters, you can also take admission through your Bachelors degree.
