Sorry but no as LPU considers passed students in every subject to get admission in LPU. You can look out for some other college.

No, for admission you are required to have passed all the subjects individually and have an aggregate percentage of 50% in class 12th. Yes, if Maths was an optional paper and you have cleared the main papers, then you are eligible for admission.
