If I fail in mid semester exams and pass in final external exams, will I be considered pass or fail?

I have completed BE education but I have 2 ATKT in Math3 and Math4 of computer Engineering and also backlogs in those subject of Midsem exams. I will clear Math ATKT exams but I can’t appear in midsem exams.
