If I fail in one subject in graduation in the final semester, will I be eligible to take admission in MBA?

You will not be able to go for MBA until you clear in your subject and get graduated. Please clear the same and try for MBA exams and score well in those. -
You are not eligible without completing your graduation, as per eligibilty criteria for MBA
A candidate must have a Bachelor degree with minimum 50% marks from any recognised university & college. Yes, you can give entrance exams for MBA like CAT MAT SNAP etc. If you will clear that entrance exam, you need to show your graduation degree. Otherwise, some private colleges give chance to clear your backlog with MBA. Check with the college where you want to seek admission.
