If I fail in TyBsc Biotechnology theory paper but pass in practical, then do I have to give practical exam again with theory in october?

In both first and second year of Bsc Biotechnology I have got first class, but me being unwell in my final University exams could'nt study properly...hence i think I am going to fail...

No, you do not have to appear for practicals even if you fail in theory paper. However, if you fail or abstain from practicals, then you will have to appear again for practicals.
