If I get 6 overall bands but 5.5 in one module, can I apply for Australia? I recently completed my degree in BBA.

In general- to study in Australia, you need to score a minimum 6.5 overall in IELTS with no band less than 6.0 for your postgraduate options.

No it would be difficult, but it also depends on what programme you are going for, for PG courses 6 band individual is necessary.
