If I get 65% in class 12 and I want to do B.A. in history from Ambedkar University (Delhi), can I get admission here?

The candidate must have passed the class XII or an equivalent examination from a recognized Board and secured the minimum cut off mark prescribed by the University. Or, with a minimum of 65% marks in aggregate subjects.
