If I get 70% in 12th from CBSE board can I get admission in Hansraj College or Delhi College of Commerce and Arts for B.Com (Hons.)?

70% is too less to get admission in any of the colleges in DU still you can try your best by filling on to every college not only DU but you should also apply in other colleges as well. Best of luck!!

No, it is not possible, if you don't have any reservations.
