If I get 70% marks in English in my 12th final exam, can I apply for foreign languages?

I am an HS candidate of 2018. I want to apply for foreign languages but I don't know the admission process.

Hello Ananya,
Yes, of course you are eligible for foreign language applicability, only qualification required for applying is just to clear out Class 12th.
