If i get 74% IN 12TH EXAM AND 49 MARKS IN JEE, will i get admission in K K Wagh Engineering college in Computer science?

The minimum cut off of jee mains 2014 is 74 so expected cut off will be in that range for bc and for general catogery it is 115
