If I get 95 percentile in CAT does that mean that I have to fill the following colleges form with Rs 1000 each?

I want to fill the form of MDI, TAPMI, IMT and S.P Jain.

    If you want to apply in any of these colleges you have to pay the application fee which varies across institutes. This fee is there regardless of your percentile.

    Yes you can apply for these colleges with that percentile.
    All colleges apart from IIMs have to be separately registered by application forms. Depending on the college , the fees will be charged for the form. Good luck!
