If I get a seat in TS EAMCET first round counseling, then after accepting the seat, can I move for JOSAA allotment?

Yes, you will move for JOSSA counselling after accepting the seat also.
But if you get seat in the JOSSA counselling, then you have to cancel the seat of TS EAMCET before the deadline date for cancelling seat.
