If I get alloted into the first round of e-counselling in WBJEE but I don't go for the further verification. (please read below). .

Thinking I would get better branch in 2nd or 3rd round of counseling. Will that cause a problem? What if I don't want the branch I am getting in the first round. So if I don't report to the reporting centre, will I be having my name in 2nd or 3rd round of counseling? Thanks!
