If you are looking for HRM, then definitely XISS for two reasons.
First, XISS was established as an institute for Personnel Management and Industrial Relations, PM&IR (now Human Resource Management) in the year 1955. Due to its strong alumni base it has a good reach to various organizations.
Second, As XISS is a Jesuit Institute dedicated to social service and not a typical Bschool, you get decent placements at a very low investment in comparison to other management institutes/Bschools.
Also, in addition to it HRM is one of the flagship courses of XISS.

    Hi Aman,
Generally, students make choices based on the courses offered by the institutes and their intended career prospects. At SIBM-Bengaluru, we offer four specializations - Finance, Marketing, Operations and Human Resources. Which institute you join is completely up to you. However, I strongly suggest that you consider your preferences and the performance of the institutes in that domain before making a decision. I hope this helps. For any further queries about SIBM-Bengaluru, please inquire or visit www.sibmbengaluru.edu.in.
    All the best!
