If I get civil branch in 1st round seat allotment in malnad college of engineering will I get chance in computer Science in 2nd round.

If you select for civil, then you had to join civil only, because one you finalize an option then you won't be eligible for 2nd round. Also, once taking admission and your course starts, then also many students use to shuffle the branch, so can you?
