Jobs for fresh pilots is not very easy. Airlines come up with vacancies from time to time and then the selection procedure starts. Usually the selection procedure includes Written Exam (Technical), followed by Compass Test / Psychometry, followed by Group Task / Discussion, followed by Interview. An
