If I get enrolled in IIM IPM programme then for first 3 years any mathematics paper that is related to 12th I have to give?

IIM-PGP programme is of two years of duration and there is no such Mathematics paper related to class 12th. However, there are some important subjects like Financial Reporting and Analysis, Costing and Control Systems, Financial Market, Managerial Computing and Operations Management requires the some understanding of Financial Mathematics. -

No, there is no compulsory paper related to class 12th in IPM. However, the concepts will for sure be used in some analytical subjects.
