If I get good marks for in Prelims and Mains and get called for interview but I don't show up because I just wanted to SEE the exams were?

I'm asking this because I just want to SEE the difficulty level of this exam and not go for an interview this year. Will I be able to give all these exams the next year as well and will my absence in the previous year interview be affected in any way in the next year interview!
