If I get good marks in Pantnagar entrance exam but haven't got a good percentage in 12th boards(like 75%), will I get admission?

I am really working hard for it but my board exams were not so good. I have this query

    Hello, you can apply for B.Sc in agriculture in this college as you may get good marks in Patnagar entrance exam and have 60% in 12th.
