If I get less than 60 in 12th boards, will my career over for all fields? Will I be eligible to take admission in any college?

No, not at all. For most of the universities, it is around 45-50% to be eligible for admission. And, you can do well in graduation to do well in your future. All the best.

Pune University, Allahabad University and almost every university only require around 45-50% to be eligible although you have to do well in there entrance exam.

Yes, of course, you are eligible. But it would be difficult to get admission in top colleges. There is a trick you can use in this regard if you want admission in top or better colleges. Do a Diploma in a specific subject of your interest and use that as a parallel entry to degree or master courses.
