    Hi Atul,
    The eligibility criteria varies widely, getting into a top college in India will be next to impossible since the cut-offs are high however it depends on what you want to study. Certain courses require entrance exams like CET etc., if you do really well in these tests you do have a chance. Try not to secure less than 60% for better outcome.
