If I get minimum 55% in CBSE board can I take admission in Hindu college?

I'm from commerce background and want to do B.Com(Hons.)

Hi, Hindu college is one of the best colleges of Delhi University and for taking admission there, you need to get at least 95%, if you are from general category.

Hindu college lies among the top colleges of DU, and if you belong to general category and you want to get admission there, you need minimum 95-96% in best of four in your class 12th.

No, there is no way. Speaking for general category, minimum 60% marks are required to be eligible for admission in the university.
