If I get qualified for any engineering college from JEE do I have to pay donation and fees ahead for engineering college?

Once you get a seat allotted through JoSAA based on JEE scores, you need to pay the seat acceptance fees at that time and the general fee structure as specified by the colleges. There is no extra fees that is to be paid.
