If I go for BCA (Honors) will I need to go for Post Graduate programme of 1 year so that I can apply for abroad universities?

One year Diploma is not equivalent to a one year Duration of an Under Graduate Degree programme. You can pursue a One Year Post Graduate programme approved by a University.
