If i go for degree course for 36 mnths in NZ, do i have to tution fees and living for 3 yrs 30 lakh during visa filling or how does it work?

I have received a offer letter for University of Auckland for bachelor in business for 3 years, My bank has just approved 15 lakh for the course but total cost for tuition fee and living expenses is exceeding 30 lakh rupees. can i show expenses for 1 or 2 years during visa application ?
