You should go through the prospectus of the course offered by the institute to know more about admission procedure, fees, syllabus, course structure etc. Mostly these declarations are just for the tuition fees only. -
The college authorities ill be able to answer you this better. You shouldvisit their website or talk to them in person which answer every query of yours.
