If I have 4 years of gap between graduation and MBA without any work experience, how will it affect my placements?

If I pursue MBA from any reputed B-school, will I have any problem?

You need to be positive. To overcome this handicap, you need to try and explore an excellent internship during MBA and I am sure this will come to your advantage at the campus placement stage. Generally, internship exposure paves the way for final placement and if one excels during internship project, the company also offers final placement.

It will be a the worst decision for you, because after graduation, you will waste 4 years without any reason and without any work experience. After 4 year, if you apply in any MBA institute or college for admission they will directly ignore your application because after your Graduation you have wasted 4 years and didn't have any work experience, any college at the time of Interview will definitely reject you, even it will difficult for you to get admission in any good institution. So, it's better go for MBA or else if you are selected in Campus interview after graduation, do a job.
