Yes, you can pursue B.Tech with a minimum of 55% in your PUC, but remember that you needed really good score in the entrance exam in order to get into a top college.

Yes, surely you can do B-Tech by qualifying the UPSEE exam with this percentile. As according to the eligibility criteria, you need 65% for appearing in this exam.

Yes, you can do B.Tech, as there is no minimum criteria required for the UPSEE exam, other exam like JEE Mains require minimum criteria of 75% marks in class 12th.
