If I have a full time job in a company, do I still have to do my internship of 21 months or 1 year if I want to do CS now?

I have completed my BBA LLB.

Yes, as per the Company Secretaries (Amendment) Regulations, 2020, you need to complete a 21-month internship after passing your CS executive exam. If you are doing a full-time job, that will not help you in this field. The internship is to be done in the field of CS only, and the job you are curre
