if i have a iso-9001 cerrified diploma in civil engineer,can i do get a job in hindustan construction company or any other private company

There is no ISO certified Diploma. Yes, there can be diploma from a ISO certified institute. But again getting a job in a specific company does not depend only on this one factor. So just being diploma from an ISO certified college can never gurantee a job in any particular company.
