if i have aggregate 42% marks till bcom 2nd yr.. am i eligible to appear for mba entrance exams. like for cat mat icfai and snap

i have heard dat on cat exam day final yr appering stdnts must submit th final yr certificate. the format of that certificate will be downloaded from catiim website and it has a statemnt that my available marks till 2nd yr are equal 2 50%. but hav 42 only.what shall i do now. plz help me out...
