If I have an OBC NCL Certificate of Delhi, can I get admission to DTU for the CSE branch at 97 percentile?

I am from UP but I have done my 12 from Delhi.

    DTU (Delhi Technological University) offers admission to its B.Tech courses based on JEE Main scores. The minimum eligibility criteria for admission is 75% marks in aggregate in class 12th with Physics Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
